Polyester 2 Ton Round Sling are a high quality British made product.
We supply roundslings in many different options to suit your requirements.
Safety Information Sheet
Our roundslings have a fold away protective sleeve that covers the information label. This has proven to help prolong the life of the sling. The label contains a unique serial number, length, safe working load and mode factors.
Round Slings can come with Joker hooks to increase durability of sling.
- Colour coded according to tonnage and to the relevant standard.
- We recommend using single part or double part wear sleeves where sharp edges occur.
- A Factor of Safety 7-1.
- The maximum elongation permitted is only 3% at WLL Temp Range: -40C to + 100C
- Polyester can deal with weaker acids, oil and grease.
- UV-resistant helps prolong the life of the webbing.
- Conforms to “Machine Directive 2006/42/EEC”.
In addition, we can check your existing lifting equipment. Our staff are LEEA trained and work to LOLER standards with a wealth of experience.
We can offer better lifting procedures where possible during our visit. This generally extends life of lifting equipment and can speed up the procedure. Therefore reduces the need to purchase excessive equipment.
We provide instant reporting. These are available through our user-friendly online portal. The portal will notify you of pending expiries keeping you up to date.
