The Role:
This is a unique chance to become an integral part of our operations, offering full-time, permanent engagement. The LOLER Inspector / Lifting Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting our Welder Fabricators and Lifting Equipment Engineers through tasks such as material preparation, assembly, maintenance, and general workshop organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting LOLER Inspections at client facilities.
- Assist in the preparation and assembly of lifting equipment and steelwork.
- Perform maintenance and daily checks on workshop machinery.
- Contribute to a safe, organised, and efficient workshop environment.
About You:
We are seeking motivated candidates with a proactive attitude, ready to expand their knowledge and skills within the engineering sector. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining the smooth operation of our projects and ensuring workplace safety and efficiency.
Essential Qualities:
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Hands-on experience in maintenance, service, repair, or working with lifting equipment is preferred.
- Experience or interest in welding and steelwork fabrication is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships within the team.
- A solid understanding of general engineering principles.
- Ability to work independently and travel around London & the South-East, with occasional travel elsewhere. A full UK Driving Licence is required.

- A competitive salary range of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
